Jérôme has more than 15 years experience in the technology market and 12 years in the recruitment/headhunting industry. The searches he carries out are done all over the EMEA territory.
He is in charge of finding the best-suited candidates for subsidiaries of US-headquartered firms in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden). He has been key in developing methods of reporting, counselling, testing and results measurement around accurate candidate assessment. He was also the creator of the in-house CIQA methodology registered at the National Intellectual Property Institute in France
In his earlier career, together with Managing Director Isabelle Mathieu, he re-engineered and sold the IT b-to-b PR firm GlobalCom France in 2004. He set up the PR Triple-Win Methodology in 2002 which was publicized and acclaimed in the French press.
Today Jerome focuses exclusively on recruiting A-players on an international level for leading software and hardware vendors or major French groups.
