Anders Jönsson

Anders Jönsson is the founding Partner of the international recruitment network, Continental Search Alliance (CSA).

With more than twenty years executive search experience across Sweden and the Nordics, Anders has been recruiting executive, senior leadership and high impact talent (Sales, Marketing & Consulting) for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 100 companies as well as high-growth private and venture-backed Technology start-ups.

Anders has a North European perspective to Executive Search, having recruited in multiple countries outside of Sweden. He has carried out successful search assignments in countries such as Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. Prior to CSA, Anders was Nordic Recruitment Manager for IBM Software Group focusing on Business Intelligence (Cognos) delivering across all of the Nordics. He has also worked as a headhunter in an international consulting firm although he began his career in the IT industry, working as a Sales Manager.

Anders speaks Swedish and English and has a good understanding of Norwegian, Danish and German. Anders has pragmatic view on life and is used to delivering high quality results to international and national customers.

Education

Anders has a technical education in Computer Science and Programming from Kista and has participated in numerous courses regarding sales, management and project management.
