Bjørn Bakke

Bjørn is co-founding Partner of the international recruitment network, Continental Search Alliance (CSA).

Bjørn has more than 25 years experience in various positions, industries and projects across the Northern European market.

Bjørn has been responsible and helped a number of high/tech software companies into the Nordics. He has recruited for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies as well as high-growth venture-backed Technology start-ups.

Bjørn is also an experienced interim manager, conducting roles as General Manager, HR Director & Project Manager. Bjørn has a good network across all areas where exceptional leadership, people management and change management skills are a prerequisite to the role.

Prior to setting up Continental Search Alliance, Bjørn served as Executive Vice President-for EDB Business Partner (now TietoEvry), Penna Plc and as country head for Black & Decker Norway. Bjørn was President of French giant Thomson Multimedia Group for more than 8 years.

He has significant international experience executing searches across Northern Europe. He is also a qualified business coach, certified by DBM (Drake Beam Morin – USA).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Oslo Business School.
