Christian Gruppo

Christian is a founding Partner of the international recruitment network, Continental Search Alliance (CSA).

With more than twenty years of executive search and recruitment experience in the Netherlands and across Europe, Christian has been operating on executive, senior leadership and high impact talent assignments for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 100, fast-growers and venture backed Technology companies.

Christian has a European perspective to Talent Acquisition, having recruited in multiple countries outside of the Netherlands.

He has frequently carried out search assignments in Belgium, Germany, the Nordics, Eastern Europe and Italy. Moreover he led several large multinational recruitment projects for selected CSA clients to a successful conclusion.

Prior to working in Recruitment Christian spent three years at Hewlett-Packard in Amsterdam, where he supported HP´s EMEA corporate customers. He received an offer to move to Milan (Italy) as a Field Account Manager but eventually decided to switch career and move into Recruitment.

With dual nationality and fluency in four languages – Italian, English, Dutch and Spanish – Christian has an adaptive character and an international background, having lived, worked and studied in Italy, the UK, Spain and the Netherlands.

Education

Christian studied Economics at the University of Rome and then successfully completed a Masters in HR Management at the Colegio Nacional de Madrid.

Christian has worked in the Executive Search industry for 20 years focused on the broader Technology market in the Benelux and across EMEA.
