Damian Bird has more than nineteen years of experience in executive-search across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific, successfully recruiting from executive leadership positions (CxO) to strategic individual contributors for a diverse client base including Fortune 100 companies through to high growth, venture backed start-ups.

Prior to the CSA, Damian was a Partner with a London-based search firm focused on the Technology and consulting markets.

Historically Damian specialised within traditional enterprise software environments including ERP, Supply Chain Management, CRM and Business Intelligence. Today he is highly active within AI, IOT, digital-marketing, cyber security and cloud transformation vendors.

Damian is a graduate with a BA (Hons) in Design and a Masters degree MA in Digital Practices.
