Nicoletta is the founder of CSA Spain & Latam/Humann Team&Talent, an Executive Search firm based in Spain.

She has more than twenty years of experience working across EMEA and the USA having developed her career both in Consulting and IT companies and from 2006 in the Executive Search industry.

She has been working with national and international clients developing C-level search projects and recruiting Senior Management positions. Her expertise has been focused on IT & Internet, Marketing & Business Development and top consulting roles among others.

Nicoletta has an international perspective and business approach due to her experience with local and global companies.

She also has extensive experience in the IT & Digital environment across many industries, especially searching for top talented professionals with expertise in cutting edge technologies and helping companies finding the right key contributors to achieve their digital transformation.

She is Executive Coach certified by ICF (International Coach Federation). Additionally she is certified by AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants).

Nicoletta speaks Italian, English and Spanish fluently.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and an E-Business Certificate Program from New York University (USA).
