Silvia Braghieri is the Founder of Artemis Career Consulting based in Milan, Italy.

With more than twelve years executive search experience, Silvia has built a successful track record in placing top managers in renowned international corporations as well as in large and medium-sized privately owned Italian Groups, across EMEA.

She has been recruiting executives, managers and high=impact talents in sales, marketing & consulting for the major players of the IT arena. She also handles senior management positions on behalf of the internal information Technology departments for client companies.

She integrates executive search solutions with a comprehensive service portfolio from the mapping of talents and market analysis in specific industries up to selection and talent development.

Prior to Artemis Career Consulting, Silvia was involved in the beginning of the first Italian executive search boutique, Antesi, originally focused only on IT but later becoming CEO.

Prior to Antesi she started her career with Boyden International.

With the foundation of Artemis while remaining specialised in IT, Silvia offers solutions to other industries such as Lifestyle, Financial Services and Consumer Goods.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Education

Silvia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Milan and SHL certification.
